What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. Your order will then be prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery time

All shipping times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage of the package.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website.
Simply click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
If your tracking number still does not show any information after a few days, please contact our customer support team.
